WPP Newbie seeking to be schooled

Just purchased WPP, looking for a player who is newbie-friendly to play against and school me.

Scenario: Pacific 1941.
Side: Would prefer playing as the Allies, but I won't mind playing the Axis.
Fleet size: Either normal fleet, or small fleet.

Surrendering after the Japanese invaded Calcutta from the sea, which was 100% impossible in real life.

Then again, this might be my fault since it is my first game. Clearly emptying India to defend Burma is not the solution. So, I'm more than willing to start a new game, if AllenK agrees.
