Shattered unit returns with entreachment

Waiting for another unit to test, probably the USSR.

In a game I had a French Corps shattered dug in, in Belgium.
It just returned this turn.

I placed it on the map and noticed it was fully entrenched (level 2)

Anyone else able to reproduce this?

Probably forgot to clear entrenchment flag on shatter. I'll check
