1. MWIF 4.4.1 (debug).
2. Vichy installed by Germany.
3. RAC. A neutral Iraq must supply France with one of its resources each turn. If France is conquered or a Vichy government has been installed Iraq instead provides the resource to whichever country controls Syria. A Vichy controlled Syria will pass it on the major power that installed a Vichy Government.
4. Therefore; Germany (should) get 1 oil from Iraq.
5. Next turn (after installation) during the trade agreements phase, the Iraq to Germany oil is for one turn only and doesn't show up in the German production form.
6. Well, mainly doesn't show up in the production form. If you look under Oil Resources at the top, Trade Rcvd=5, but only 4 (TR) oils are listed below.

The 1 RP from Spain to Germany (previous turn) is also shown for 1 turn, which does indeed disappear as evident from the trade agreements cap in the first post of this thread.
