Great game, no regrets despite the hesitancy as the only Vietnam game I have ever played was back in the 80s with Vietnam 65-75, another great game when my cat didn't walk over the two huge maps knocking the counters everywhere!
I was impressed how the AI worked around and isolated two of my units on an aggressive push. The AI action seemed logical, for what I could see through limited flares, and this will certainly keep the challenge of maintaining 'correct' unit movement in the scenarios yet to be played out.
Being a fan of the WITP AE and WITE 2, this game is refreshing to be able to play at small unit encounters. Although I love the named two games I was never a general or an admiral, although several years as an NCO in a para unit -should- give me a better edge against the AI.
The detail in this game looks impressive as I did have a peek at some of the Youtube channels and could see the potential.Good effort by those who have built this game, looking forward to cracking on with the rest of the content.
