Naval units resupply ground units

Newbie to the game so all help welcome. On Page 94 of the manual there is an example which says a US Div is low on effectiveness and a DD Grp run a resupply to them. How is this done?

Run fleet up next to units.
Make sure fleet has one operation point left.
Click that button shown on the screen. It will supply all units within 1 hex radius
