Finding where certain equipment is

Hi, is there a way to find out which units have a given piece of equipment?

I am looking at the equipment tab in the commander's report to find suitable heavy artillery for sieges (for breaking down Odessa and Leningrad).

For instance, I see the 240mm K3 Siege Gun and I say yep, that's what I want. But from here, I do not see a way to locate this equipment within units on the map. How should I go about this? Thank you!

go to production screen, activate "Show Type", filter for Germany, then locate the 240mm K3 under Heavy artilly. If the column at the right shows 1 or higher then a unit is present, a click on this number will oben commanders report filtered to this gun, showing this unit

Another way to do it is to find OKH in the CR and click on its gun number. Then you expand "heavy artillery" or "super-heavy artillery":
