Not really a random scenario generator, but i work on a map with only 1 HQ and variables PP for each side to buy units !
The AI seem to work very well, and the resulting battle is very random !

Thanks for the reply - please don't think I disparage your scenarios - I just always feel a game with a set number of scenarios is like having just one clip of ammo and I don't want to use it all up.

I've tried changing objective victory points to make the AI and me do different things. I would like to think that if I did this a lot and forgot what was changed where there would be an almost random pool of scenarios - e.g. Stavelot Variants 1 to 100 and after a week without playing any of them I would have forgotten what the differences were and so they would be almost new.

Just a word from me too. Most people know I like random things (look at Shadow Empire or Advanced Tactics), but for me the Decisive Campaigns series has really always been about strict historical simulations.

That being said I am starting to rethink this just a tiny bit. So there might be something on the horizon. Still to early to say anything though. Just want to say I am thinking about something in this direction for future Decisive Campaigns.
