Colony Stock Levels option?

Post by Tanaka »

How do you do this manually? Tell every single mining ship where to drop off? Don't remember this from DW1? A little confused on what this is and how it works manually? You don't seem to be able to see what is stored at the planet anymore?

Anyone? Is this explained anywhere? All I see in the manual is turn to automate or manual but not how to manually do it?

If you select a colony, you can click on the text that says "resource shortages". This will show you a menu where you can manage resources at that colony. You can set the desired stockpile per resource. The civilian economy will attempt to maintain resources at those levels.

It's incredibly tedious to do this at each colony. Probably you don't want to do it.

Ah thank you! Can you set to automated but do individually per planet if you wish like pops?

Yeah. You can toggle each of the automation settings on a per-planet basis. There's a button at the bottom when you select a planet that lets you set these options.
