Never having been to Vietnam (Uncle Sam didn't offer me a free trip), I defer to the cartographer. But it may help those who don't follow the forums and are confused by the stock color. The grogs can always change it back.

I voted no. I think settings like this should be optional for user. Yes, I use the blu water mod, but I can see that maybe other users would rather not use it.

I love the "Blue Water" mod, but out of respect for the original design, feel it should be optional. Especially as mods are so easy to implement in this game using the JSGME utility included with the game!
