[1.0.1.6] Fleet Teleports out of the Galaxy & Tankers Wander Off

1.0.1.6 - I have a fleet that's at a staging system before invading, I go to move it, and it teleports outside the galaxy for it's position.

Additionally, fuel tankers assigned to the fleet and set to auto do not fill ships and instead go back to what an unassigned ship does.

If you have a save that duplicates this teleport (ideally right before it happens) we would LOVE to see it! Please zip it up from your /data/savedgames folder and post it here.

I'm able to consistently reproduce, even in 1.0.1.8 with Autosave 7
Instructions to warp fleet -
While paused:
1. Select Fleet 2
2. Change destination
3. Change destination again

It has happened with other fleets, but this is the most consistent method

I just want to confirm that this happened to me as well on version 1.0.1.9, in my case only half my fleet was teleported out of the galaxy and I havent been able to reproduce it.

Same here, on 1.0.2.0. Half my fleet is now floating around outside of the galaxy, some of them equipped with skip drives, so I don't expect to see them again until the end of time.

And I can't do anything about it. Hopefully this will be fixed soon so I can play again.
