Will they cease to exist, or do they possibly have more colonies? My diplomacy says 0 colonies, which means not much money, if any.

Just asking. Or should I ask for peace?

I think this is a bug where empires aren't properly destroyed when the last colony is lost. It can happen to the player too.

Well, good game anyway. Waiting for those damn troops to be created for my invasion force was nerve wracking.
