You could could include a ___ MMP +- Axis and ___ MMP +- Allies for balance for the players. I take Axis and 50 MMP, for Example.
(This made AXIS and ALLIES games very different every game because the use of the Extra MMP changes every game on the use. World Champ for a Month! woot!)

Default HQ to Auto, and Planes and Ships to Raid please that is a lot of clicks for people with wrist problems. (Or have a hot key to switch all units able to Auto command on/off (Why I would never know) you should just take the other two HQ choices out of the game. Any plane able to raid should be raiding by default and same for ships.
