Is there a way to highlight the lines to make it easier to read?

would like to see that feature

it would be even better if you could click on a background of that line to go to a unit, without a need of clicking of units name.
For example i have 1440p resolution and i use ui scaling.
I sort units by TOE.
I want to select some unit from a middle of the list that i want to send to reserve/stavka/etc.
I have to move mouse from a right side of the screen all the way to the left side where unit's name is located.
By doing it there is a great chance that i will miss current row and select wrong unit.

And multiselect would be also much appreciated
