Refuel Problem

Hi,

During playing Hail Mary my F-22s, flight 10163 and flight 9963 respectively, won't refuel from KC-135s or KC-10s some how.
I checked its WRAs and DBs several times and believe it could be refueled but not.
In addition I thought flight size may be problem and divide it to 2 groups but not...

if you could point out the reasons it is greatly appreciated...

one of the f-22 in the group ( bulldog 7) has the doctrine set to not refuel

edit: And bulldog 8 in the other group

I don't imagine WRA is decided by unit base, not group base.
I should be more careful to manage different groups into one.

No problem!
If you see that the text in the doctrine is red or yellow, there might be a conflict between a unit or a group or a mission.
I don't remember exactly what the colors mean
