Does an Engineer at less than full strength build fortifications slower?

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Does an Engineer at less than full strength build fortifications slower?

Post by OxfordGuy3 »

Does an Engineer at less than full strength build fortifications more slowly than one at 10 strength? Am wondering about the unit the French can get from decision event. Thanks.

It's the same, but it does mean they are far more vulnerable to destruction if attacked.

Thanks, was actually thinking of sending it to Britain or Egypt to create fortifications there and I presume it might also then have a small chance of Britain taking it over when France surrenders in that case?

Yes, each land and air French unit in UK Territory (when France surrenders) will have a 20% of becoming Free French.

Be aware that such units will rejoin France when liberated; and that means they will lose most updates you give them while under UK Command.
