[1.0.2.0] Ships can't repair at station

Ok so this issue is a bit weird and it doesn't happen all the time. When I tell a fleet or an individual ship to repair, at a selected station or wherever it pleases, automatically or manually controlled, it never enters the station but just drifts away from it for a long while until it turns around, jumps back to station and repeats. It will never dock and never repair or refuel. If I save, quit the game and reload everything works fine, for a while. This didn't happen with earlier versions of the game to the best of my knowledge (been playing since official release), and this is my first time playing with the humans so maybe it's related to them. At first I thought maybe the station didn't have the resources to repair the ships in question, but then I tried quitting and reloading the game and they would dock and repair right away.

Also it is possible that this has only happened with ships that I have found in debris fields and repaired, I can't say for sure but it might not have ever happened with any of my own (auto-)designs.

(Loving the game by the way! I'm sure whatever issues there are will be sorted eventually.)
