Installation problems

after installing version V1.04.114742.00, the program has stopped working: it hangs at the start page (Loading, please wait).

Whad can i do?

I have solved this problem.
I bought and downloaded in April 2022 from steam. The version is V1.04.114742.
Check logs/ExceptionLog.txt to find lua53.dll is missing(mistake of steam, matrixgames or my installing process?).

I cannot get the check for update to work says it can't locate my version and when I attempt to start a game it can't find my license. I check my account and all my licenses are there. Frustrating the game worked a month or so ago with no issues no changes to my pc since then.
