Rail hexes adjacent to enemy units

Is a rail line in a hex you control that is adjacent to an enemy unit still connected to the rail net? Can you draw supply along a rail line into and through a hex adjacent to an enemy unit?

25.4.3:

Freight can be moved into a rail hex adjacent to an
enemy unit but not from one hex adjacent to an enemy
unit directly to another hex that is also adjacent to an
enemy unit.

So very situational, not just the immediate hex in the chain but the one after it
