[1.0.2.8] Resolution change does not work

The game lists pretty much every resolution windows advertises in the settings. However they simply do not work, the game cannot change the resolution at all. Whether or not full-screen is selected, you get a smaller window on-screen if the in-game resolution is < desktop resolution.

I reported a separate problem with GSYNC monitors flickering with a 120Hz display, it might help if DW2 could switch the resolution to 60Hz as the game is in fact locked to 60fps but that's not possible at the moment.
