Soviet Aid should be cut off after Germany Falls

I took Germany as the Soviet Union. They also took out Italy too leaving most of Europe Brown. I think the creators should have aid cut off the moment it's realized that communism would rule the world. I think the Persian Aid, Pacific Aid and the British Aid via Murmansk shouldn't continue after the fall of Germany. I would like that evaluated if possible and a DE created which gives the "giving nations" the ability to halt their aid after the fall. Something like:

"Germany has surrendered and there are those in certain circles that believe we are contributing to our own demise in continuing aid to the Soviet Union. Given their sizable land force, there may not be a way to stop Stalin from taking whatever he wishes. Reliable intelligence has confirmed large troop transfers to the Far East which will soon threaten Manchuria, Korea and possibly Japan. If we are to have any world free from the scourge of Soviet Socialism, we must act now to slow his preparations for the Pacific Theatre. Do you wish to cease aid to the Soviet Union?"

Fair point, though the British convoy can already be adjusted, and stopped, at any time.

To do so go to War Map (at the top of the screen) and then select the Convoy map. Click on the British flag and you can adjust the % of British MPPs that are sent to the USSR.
