[1.0.2.9] Crash after bombarding world

I'm boskara, bombarding one of the teekan homeworlds (apparently they get a second colony from an event?), and I raided it, which caused it to flip to me, then I started exterminating them (and they hate me) so it started flipping back and forth constantly (PS, this is another issue, why flip to me when I'm exterminating/bombarding them?). After it got low it became independent and stopped flipping, shortly after, I finished bombarding, only for the game to crash. I repeated this 2 more times, it crashed every time once the POP ran out.

There were no dxdiag tests to run, and dragging and dropping to add a file doesn't seem to work. No crashdump was created, as is almost always the case.

Also, it would really be more convenient if I could do all of this in the issue reporter, what's the point of having it if I have to post to the forums to upload the files anyways?

PS: still crashes in 1.0.3.0.

Actually, after stopping bombardment and trying to play the game avoiding the crash, it still crashes, so I dunno what's causing it.

Still crashes in 1.0.3.5, but only one of the crashes showed up in the sessionlog this time.
