Grand strategy

One thing I haven't seen for wpe or wpp is a grand strategy guide for new players giving them maybe 3 or so different options and basic build guides for each nation or at least each side. Would be a cool project, If I get some free time I might try and write something, any experienced players want to help? I have just played a few newbies lately who seem a little lost on basic strategy.

I was pondering putting up a guide for France to start...as that seems to be a big area of issue.

Germany...who knows here...so many strategies.

UK has a few.

Russia...I am NOT good there...so may not be a good resource.

+1 would be great to have a basic strategy guide for the core nations

they could read my current AAR to learn what NOT to do as the Allies!!

I think a guide for initial build up and preparations for case yellow (invasion of France) would be good as success can hang on build decisions made right after or during polish campaign

I think it is great that everyone still debates the proper strategy for the game with it going into its 3rd year after release. Means I did my job at keeping everyone still thinking.

The fact that there isn’t ‘A Strategy’ is one of the things I love about WP.

Maybe for the Uber grognards there is.

But I’ve tried very different things in all 4 games (MP) I’ve played and all the games were competitive and fun.

Yet another feather in WP’s cap.
