In the game, Tonga is owned by UK. And, it seems all right. Tonga was a British protectorate and the only constitutional democracy in all Polynesia, with a dynasty going back 1,000 years.

However, according to this book:

In 1939 the country raised the Tonga Defence Force, which grew to 2,000 regulars incorporated into the 16th New Zealand Brigade Group, plus a 2,000-man home guard trained and equipped by New Zealand.

As such, I wonder if we should not change the UK unit there by Defense Infantry Division, of New Zealand forces, and named Tonga Defence Force. Maybe change also the ownership of Tonga to New Zealand depending on the fact if you are considering or not the following possibility:

Defense forces are units with permanent gun placements at the location. Some areas had them some didnt.

Understood so Tonga owned by UK and no Defense Infantry Division just Garrison Infantry Division. Strange this UK unit lost in the middle of the ocean.

What is your source on this one?
