costal defenses misplaced

Hallo. I have a funny bug. My costal defences spawned at the wrong hexes. I am not sure, but I think the event fired twice. First they were in the right position and then the event fired again(same turn), they disappeared and spawned on the wrong hexes. They are very useless now

Can you let me know which campaign you're playing please, the exact name of it and whether or not it is a mod so I can investigate.

Hi,
it's a 1939 PBEM campaign, so no Mods. France fell very late(late 41). I think I was already at war with with UdSSR at that point. The event fired right after Frances surrender I believe.

Ok thanks, I'll have a think about this, and it may be connected to France's delayed surrender.
