I have just checked the event. 9 points in 1943 only.

Absolutely.

I think it would be nicer for them to have more increments...

Say 6 in Oct 41...
7 in March 42
8 in Oct 42
9 in March 43

That would give them a little in 41...yet keep them still down enough for the winter.

Easy enough to build the code for this but would need others to agree.


More testing with the current though is required.
Just played my first game with the Soviets holding, against you...summer of 43 will be another big year.
