4.2.2 (debug) rebase bug

Happened with version 4.2.2 and I was able to recreate it. Maybe someone can test with the latest version if it happens with that too.

FF fighter was rebasing east in Sahara desert. Somewhere near Chad border I noticed that range "direct" and "safe" were not the same. From that reason rebase was 1 or 2 hexes shorter depending on which hex plane landed.

What do you mean by direct vs safe?
Somewhere near Chad border I noticed that range "direct" and "safe" were not the same.

When you fly over friendly territory it is "safe" and you can rebase 3x range of the plane. Over enemy territory you can rebase 2x range.

Programs seems to count some hex enemy controlled and forces to fly longer route.

Direct means the direct route. In this case direct and safe should be the same as all hexes are controlled by the Allies.
