Minor balance suggestions

Playing more than a year I really enjoy intricate system of units and unit model design, yet some aspects of it could really use some improvements to become somewhat more usable and thus provide with more meaningful choices instead of simple goto's. Here is a small subjective list of relatively minor changes that could be used to push it into right direction without requiring a major overhaul.

1) Make Bikes to have overpowered engine by default for +20% movement (as trucks now are faster than bikes...);

2) Reduce Bikes size from 3 to 1, Reduce Buggy size from 4 to 3 (this would count mostly for airbridge-mobility);

3) Allow Motorbike Infantry to Upgrade rather than Replace (its not a fully new vehicle with all-in-one, is a set of weapon/armor/bike so is not more complex than a Battledress or Quad MG for example);

3) Add Minimal 5mm Polymer Plating as an option for cost of 2 Rare Metals, 5 IP with stats proportional to a Steel one;

4) Change Quad MG troop type from Infantry to Gun as now they're just improved version of regular MG with no drawbacks;

5) Light Helicopter should get cost reduced to 20 metal / 20 IP, get Small Rockets allowed (now only Very Small Rockets which looks like on oversight, given Medium Heli has access to Medium Rockets).

They do use 5-8 times more ammo to have more attacks with less dmg, as the dmg is actually your accuracy to see if you hit this is not purely upgrade but still usually always the QMG performs better, they also cant be upgraded like regular MG and has to be replaced. In maps with lot of ruins/resources and distances of towns are short for easy logistics, the ammo part is never a problem.

Been wondering if the QMG should just have less damage overall, never came to my mind if it being a gun would balance it out, wondering how much it would help besides making it bit different on postures and some skill rolls.
