[1.0.3.3+] Reduce Weapon Slot Size on Civilians

Per issues raised here https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 1&t=382690 I've created a mod that reduces the size of every single weapons slots on all civilian and non-combat ships, currently does not change fuel tankers:
1. Exploration ships
2. Freighters
3. Construction ships
4. Mining ships
5. Passenger ships

The new slot size for all of them is size 11, which prevents all weapons from being equipped. This should resolve issues related to size 38 weapons being equipped and using so much energy that it negatively impacts fuel range.

I've modified basic PD weapon sizes to be size 11 so civilian ships cannot equip even the smallest weapons (size 12), they will still be able to access most basic forms of PD, with the exception of defender missiles (which are rated as pretty bad anyway).

Mod should work regardless of what recent game version you are using, as it uses the modloader to patch the relevant game files and only the sections that are targeted by the mod, so the rest of the file will remain untouched across versions.

The only version control to follow is that if you are running DW2 version 1.0.3.3 you can use ModLauncher 1.2.1 or 1.2.2.
If you are running beta 1.3.5 or later versions, you will need to use ModLauncher 1.2.2.
