Units of Allied static BG's not displayed in strategic screen

Hi Steve,

We've discovered an graphical bug when using allied static BG's.
The units in the allied static BG are not displayed on the strategic screen, german units of german static BG's are displayed.
See image for clarification.

I you look closely you see the cohesion-fatigue-ammo-fuel bars cut in half on the screen to the right, they are a leftover from the previous german static BG displayed in the strategic screen (screen to the left).

Use of static BG's is needed by modmakers as a "workaround solution" to deal with the "Recycle Disbanded BGs" function in the campaign.txt not working, see thread about this issue:

Modmakers would appreciate fixing at least one of the above mentioned issues (preferably both), LSA is still being played and modded after nearly 12 years after release, that alone is a testament on how good we think this game is.
