Looking for a 1939 PBEM game- mirror match preferred

Any experience level is fine.

Proposed House Rules-

1) Max of 3 UK/CAN Corp in France during 1939/1940 only one of which maybe armor or mech.
2) Max of 3 German Corp in North Africa/Lybia/Egypt/Syria/Palestine/Iraq/Iran 1939 thru Mar'42 only two of which maybe armor or mech.
3)Max of 180 steps (6 large corp)UK/CAN in North Africa/Lybia/Egypt/Syria/Palestine/Iraq/Iran 1939 thru Mar'42 only two of which maybe armor or mech.
4) Amphib landings limited to one division/turn in North Africa/Lybia/Egypt/Syria/Palestine/Iraq/Iran 1939 thru Mar'42
