def anti air: can't get past

do I get frequent flyer points for posting here so often? or do I get banned for being a pest!

OK so here's a new one for me. The attached file is the head to head version of a netplay game. The Germans are attacking a Soviet hex. The USSR flew in defending ground support and got through. One of the attacking german units is a FLAK. The game asks whether it will fire or not. Whichever I choose, the game will not proceed from there.
