Tooltips on Production Tab

And really elsewhere. I'm staring at this production tab and it is difficult to decipher. The manual doesn't really seem to help much either tbh. I just need like, definitions here. What does "capacity" mean, "damaged" mean, "pool" mean, and "units" mean? Why do some have # and some have **? I know that last one is in the manual lol but it also just twitches me out in my mind to see no legend and a huuuuuuuge pile of screen real estate being unused.

Not that I don't love the pictures of the tank factory floor.

it would really help new players to understand what settings they are trying to tweak and save them a lot of time
