4.2.2 World map not showing SCS

Subs and Conv are shown. Happens with all my countries, Italy and Japan too (Japan is weirder).

In the first one, there are:

1 conv in 0
4 CV + 4 CVP, 4 SCS and 1 nav in 2
1 AMPH in 3

Shows "1/8/-/5"

In the second:

2 scs and one CV + CVP in 2
2 scs in 0

Shows "-/3/-/1"
