Fixed my black screen on launch issue

After trying a bunch of different things, all troubleshooting steps, different mouse/keyboard, etc. I finally figured out the root cause of my black screen on load up issue.

I changed out my keyboard and mouse, but forgot I had some USB foot pedals plugged in (not sure if links are allowed, but this is the specific model: https://www.amazon.com/iKKEGOL-Control- ... 07553KW32/

I unplugged those puppies and bam, the game loads to the menu, no black screen, session log progresses no problem. Plug them back in and I get the black screen again. No idea why this happens, but hope it helps the developers track down the root cause.
