Scenario Unit Built Limit

A new screen under Build Limit Screen or add to Build Limit Screen the maximum number of a unit can be built in the scenario. As a purchase is made the maximum number scenario built is reduce. Once Built limit meets or is greater than scenario-built limit the built limit is reduced to match maximum scenario build limit. Four-unit type can exceed scenario-built limit by using a higher unit scenario-built limit. Fighter can use other aircraft. Infantries Brigade can use naval and artillery. Infantries Division can use aircraft. Infantries Corps can use armored.
Works like this; a player pick a heavy tank to use to build an infantry corps which had exceeded scenario-built limit. The heavy tank will be reduced in both build limit and scenario build limit. This can be useful to build units from units a player is not going to build. Or thing is going wrong and need infantry now, or no MPP to build higher cost units.
This could add more reality for long scenario to demonstrate the stress on materials and resources.
Question should event made units be used to reduce scenario maximum built limit?
Event build units can exceed Build Limit.

There is the Soft Build option in the game now that allows the limit to be exceeded, perhaps for an extra purchase cost MPPs.

If the number of names could be counted in the Unit Build Limit. Then maximum build limits could be set to the number of names. Both build option could be use here, with a set button on startup option screen. "Maximum build limit" default off.
This maximum build limit would simulate no nation has unlimited human resources. When the names are exhausted no more build for that unit id. This would apply to minor countries. Meaning Major countries can still draw human resources from minor Allies unit build until the names are exhausted.
For shattered units being reconstituted would have only one (maybe up to three) turns to purchase. If not, the name is removed, this represents the unit was destroyed in detail.
Target type which can exceed maximum build limit, would be soft and hard (maybe fighters) units:
Soft cost one and half normal cost;
Hard cost twice normal cost;
Fighters three-time normal cost.
This would represent drafting young and old. Simulating reaching the limit of a country's human resources.
Here a real challenge is how to set down target types. Like target type, "Light Tank" getting a "Tank" name to build that light tank target type. The tank build names would be removed from tank id and tank id be reduced by one.

This would also kiss my ideal of reuse ships names out the door.
