PP in Ardennes Offensive

In Ardennes Offensive, how do you accumulate/acquire political points or power points.
Cannot use air support because I lack the necessary PP. How do I get more?

Take and hold objectives, cause enemy casualties, limit your casualties.

In the "REPS " tab you can see the PP reward of the scenario !
