[1.0.4.1] Mouse-over info badges on Ships etc. are "jumping"

Hi all!

Not sure if this was already reported elsewhere ... but whenever i move the mouse over to a Ship, Ship Yard etc. the info badge is displayed very shortly (only for fractions of a second) below at the mouse position and then finally above the red square at the object upper right centered.
See the screenshot mouse_over.png: the red square shows where the info badge is very shortly displayed when the mouse pointer hits the Ship Yard and then is finally shown and placed above the red square:

I find this behaviour very annoying as for me the badges are "jumping" from below the mouse pointer to above when i move the mouse pointer over Ships etc.

Asteroid info badges seem to be displayed without this "jumping".
