Oh gosh took me while to figure out the attachment procedure. but we're here..\


Please look at this video of a FBD unit that simply will NOT move. I have included all the details in the video per the
rules etc... Do they only work at OKW level or AGS etc..

Its because its starting HEX is not adjacent to repaired "GREEN" Rail.
You will need to overlay the screen with your current rail network and see where the nearest available GREEN repaired rail is and then move the FBD adjacent, then start the repair of line from there.
