Disappearance of TOAW IV from my account

Dear sirs,
On feb 11, 2018 I bought from You a copy of The Operational Art of War IV. I Am now realizing that this copy has disappeared from my account. As a result, I cannot download the later versions of the game ( I still have version v4.0.0.11, and cannot upgrade the game), and have to rely on an older version. What has happened?
