Please fix problem for US lend Lease to Russia through Persia

Please fix DE 319 Transfer Supplies to the USSR through Persia

As one of the triggering conditions, the script says "the road hexes between Bandar Abbas and Baku are in allied hands" but when you look at the hexes, the hexes in the script do not include Bandar Abbas but Basra and the hex north east (137,66 and 138,66)
Those hexes are part of Iraq, and evidently even if Iraq is pro-allied, the DE will not trigger. This results in a drastic and completely ahistorical requirement for the Allies to declare war on Iraq just to get Lend lease working.

Recommend you either remove 137,66 and 138,66 from the script and replace with the hexes leading to Bandar Abbas- or change the script to read "Basra" but allow for a neutral/pro-allied Iraq to satisfy the condition. First part seems easier.
