[1243.5] Aircraft strike mission flight sizes not respected

When I create a strike mission, aircraft that are launched carry out the mission individually rather than being grouped in flights according to the setting in the mission planner. It doesn't seem to matter what type of strike mission (air or ground etc). Patrol missions and escorts do seem to obey the flight size setting and behave as expected.

Edit - some patrol missions also have this behaviour. I'm not sure why it works sometimes and not others.
