Campaign stuck with first scenario

I have played to first scenario of the now a couple of times.
At the end there I get to the victory screen and the question for the full movie
after viewing the movie or rejecting the to create one the game goes back to the game manu.
I cannot find any way to proceed with the second scenario.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?
Do I miss some function to proceed correctly
The scenario seems to be started correctly in campaign mode, as the campaing info is available (which it is not when started as pure scenario)

I like the game, but that's a real blocker to go on playing

Also happened to me. Solution is kind of easy. Alt-Tab out of the game and you will see there is a second instance of the game open. Just switch to this, there you find the next scenario in the campaign. After the frist scenario the game somhow opens the game a second time...

Aye, it starts a new game instance for the new scenario...but it should open and you shouldn't have this problem.
Will look into it.
