Newbie question: Aviation support

Apologies if this has been queried on another thread but I am confused by calculation of the Aviation support at Pearl which is given as 300+118. As I understand it aviation support comes from Command units (50), Base Forces(100) and special aviation units. I see 150 total. Where are the rest coming from and what is the +118?

Usually when you see a plus sign that’s supporting from seaplane tender support ships like AVs.

If the AF is level 8 or better existing air support is doubled and as mentioned above the plus 118 is from aviation tenders....GP

In case you don't know, they only support amphibious aircraft.

Don't ignore the need for supply on the support ships (AV etc.)
