Management of troops, conducting battles, the specific use of troops and generals. Achievement of the goals set by the Commander-in-Chief.
You need the ability to read and understand what they want from you, diligence. If you already have game skills and some understanding of what is being done and why, then both initiative and determination in defeating the enemy.

Small update. At the moment, the necessary pool of players has been assembled to start the game, with the exception of the OKH commander, who will cordon actions between commanders, assigning areas of responsibility, planning operations and adjusting reserves. Any person capable of actively participating in the game at a long distance will suit the team.

Many people are hesitant to take on this role for fear of failure, there is nothing to worry about, the game being built as a whole focuses on some easy role-playing and also a learning process during the game. Organizational issues related to the replacement of players, the solution of controversial game moments will worry you to a minimum extent. All you need is to focus on the game and have fun.
