Problem with highlighting units in 3D mode.

Hello.
I have a question about the 3D mode. Why, unlike the old CS and the new CSME 2.0 in CS Vietnam, when I hover the cursor over a unit, does its outline not highlight? I'm not talking about clicking a unit, it's just about hovering over and highlighting the unit. Is this a minor bug or is such a feature missing from the game?

It is the new WAD, for reasons not now remembered.
