Manual Text for DE 120 & DE 403 – UK: Operation Countenance is wrong

In the latest manual the text for DE 120 (and similar for DE 403) Operation Countenance says "Event fires: On the 12th August 1941 if the UK and USSR are both Allied and not surrendered, Persia is pro-Axis but neutral, and both Kuwait and Baku are in Soviet hands"

Should that actually be something like "and Kuwait is in British hands and Baku is in Soviet hands"? It's not often that Kuwait is going to be in Soviet hands...

True, though I'll change it to say Allied hands.

I think perhaps originally we just had one location listed, i.e. Baku, and when adding another I didn't think to update Soviet to Allied.
