Where can I download the Iron Cross Mod?

Hi,
I cant find any download link for the Iron Cross Mod and it also does not show up under Seetings --> Mods.
Im playing on the newest version of the game ( v.24.01). Does anyone know where I could download the mod?

Do you have the Community Pack installed for this game?

If not you should be able to get it here with its extra mods, and recently the IronX mod was included in it:

Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly,
I tried downloading the community pack, but I always gives back a error. It shortly starts the download and then cancells it, saying StrategicCommand-Community-Pack couldnt be downloaded. (I own the game over Steam.) Any idea what could maybe hinder the download?
