1.06.3 - Victory points

Just finishing a game with 1.06.3 where Japan has been invaded and defeated in September 1944.

But USA and Soviet Union are flagged as Individual Worse than Historical Result.
Strange.

Perhaps the Japanese held some VPs longer than normal so the US did not get as many points as they expected?

I do not know the numbers so can't say to be honest.

You probably went for the throat so technically..... But it is about overall victory.

I will add something to say if all Axis are conquered....

Ultra minor but I would have expected Manchuria to be in China / Russian hands once Japan surrenders.
