1.0.4.9 Invisible Colonizer

I thought maybe this was the "sim is ahead of UI" type issue -
but I've never quite seen this before.

I tried to see what this colonizer is doing / going to do - and it doesn't seem to exist.

I tried saving and exiting the game, then returning to it - and still nothing there.
If I deselect it and then try to click where it in theory should exist - I get no selection (the current selection is through the colony ships list UI).

Update: I clicked to move to a new spot - and it appeared. I set it back to automated and it went about it's business.

I had this happen with another one as well. Seems like they're getting stuck very rarely in the "leaving shipyard" or whatever that state/message is - and just not able to move / make progress w/o manual assist.

My understanding is that there's an order to ships entering/leaving a spaceport, so it needs to wait for the others ahead of it to leave first.

Also, when something is being built in a spaceport, if you select it, it frequently highlights a nearby area instead of inside the spaceport, but fixes once it's completed, so this doesn't sound like that, but could be related?
