Easy leader happiness tip/bug report

I like to tick everyones pay up 1 credit each game turn, it only costs 1 PP to change salaries and giving everyone the smallest possible raise every turn gives a nice constant happiness boost

I just dropped my directors salaries from ~60 credits a turn to 10 though and something unexpected happened. they all lost large amounts of happiness as expected but they lost so much that it looped back around to positive, so they had 140 or 150 happiness each

I didnt advance the turn but i did play cabinent retreat and all the directors broken ~150 happinesses reset to 100, the unbugged max

I recommend giving your leaders regular raises until happiness isn't a problem anymore, and i could post screenshots for the bugged ~150 happinesses if this description isnt enough
